简介：After the Lijin New Deal, all ships were required to collect goods tax. In addition to the eight major banknote checkpoints, the imperial court added 22 new checkpoints and 22 additional lijin bureaus, one every 100 miles. Goods are classified according to quantity and kilo, and are taxed separately depending on whether they are high or low.
