简介：Historically, Xie Sheng was dismissed by Emperor Chongzhen for leaking the peace talks. After the Qing troops entered the customs, he returned to the Qing court and was appointed as a bachelor of the Jianji Palace and concurrently as the Minister of the Ministry of Personnel. Xie Sheng was the only one who served as a bachelor of the Chongzhen Dynasty. Although he was a cabinet minister, he was an important minister who surrendered to the Qing court.
